We took Savannah to see Sesame Street Live again this year. It was a new show though! She loved seeing Elmo. It was a good time for all! (Ok, Savannah may have enjoyed it more :) )

My Dad and Brian tinted the windows in Savannah's room, the guest room and the toy room. We are hoping this will cut down on the heat on that side of the house.
Transportation Day Parade was a lot of fun. Savannah got to sit on a Police motorcycle (which she was all gung-ho about until she heard the siren), sit in the back of a Police car (hope that is the only time I have to see that!), stick her head out of the top of some kind of mountain rescue truck (in FL?), and "drive" a Model T.
Finally, Savannah took her first official field trip this past week. We walked down to the fire station. It was a lot of fun! I am enjoying being able to do the special activities with her this year since I am not teaching! Have a wonderful Halloween, if I do not get on here before then.

Savannah is getting SO TALL! Was that ride a kid's ride? It looks like a roller coaster seat! EEK!
I'd forgotten that you went to see Elmo...glad you enjoyed it!
It was a kids ride :) It is the crab ride that takes her up to the top and then drops her. She gets to keep going up and down. It is one of her favorites.
It's great to catch up with what you have been doing. We miss you guys a lot!
